Looking for Involvement:

  • 2018 marks the 200th anniversary of Scottish immigrants settling in our town. Help us make this a truly memorable event. Hammond Historical Museum 315-324-5032. 
The Hammond Historical Museum is in need of the following props for their Scottish Festival photo booth and floats:
- one large dog dish
- several walking sticks all sizes
- one broken pair of binoculars
- several men's wool caps
- broken or incomplete bag pipes
- old tea cups and saucers
- 2-3 fishing poles ( don't have to work)
- holey hip waders various sizes
- holey pack basket (for fishing)
- old snare drum and drum sticks (don't have to work)
- Stickers of; animals, super heroes, hearts, food, water, houses, family, hearts,
    transportation, first aid, clothing, shoes, lights, stars, plants etc...
- dark colored knee socks for men, women, and children
- old tartan kilts of all sizes
